Listing terms

In using the Service provided on this website:

1. Only list real property for sale or lease – the listings of other items (for example, cars or boats) are prohibited.
2.  Only list properties which are available for sale or lease and which you have legal authority to market for sale or lease.
3. Do not include any promotional web addresses.
4. Ensure that any photographs or illustrations submitted in respect of a property accurately represent the property in question and are free from borders, watermarks (unless otherwise allowed as an exception by the right choice investments corporation).
5. We reserves the right not to publish an advertisement which does not include accurate details of the property location therefore ensure that all property location are listed.
6. If your properties are no longer for sale or lease (for example properties which have been sold, leased or withdrawn from the market) it should be removed.
7. Properties for sale or lease must be listed once on the Service.
8.   The Right Choice Investments Corporation may choose not to publish, or may remove once published, any listings which do not comply with any of the above requirements.
9. By submitting materials on this website, you are giving The Right Choice Investments Corporation permission to use this information for statistics, publishing on any website with whom The Right Choice Investments Corporation has an agreement to provide, share or distribute listings, information or materials and any related services including search engines, or any other online or print based media.
10. Selling or renting of timeshare is not allowed as property listings.

Cancellations and refunds

1. It is your responsibility to inform us within reasonable time that you are cancelling your purchase.
2. We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the package purchase price and the remaining portion refunded back to you if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase no refund will be available.
3. If you choose to upgrade your plan you will only pay the difference of the upgraded cost.
4. You are not entitled to a refund on the grounds of a temporary service failure. You will not receive any refund for temporary technical problems with the site (including without limitation not being able to log in to your account or not being able to upload photos) that remove your property listing, change your property listing, or cause your property listing not to be displayed. You are not entitled to any refund based on failure to view your property listing due to your computer or buyer’s computer’s or browser’s failure to meet minimum browser and operating system requirements of the Site. We will make every effort to address technical difficulty in an urgent manner.
5. Refunds are not allowed for our modification of the site or service provided through a third party or affiliate publisher.
